A framework to guide early planning (“the front end”) of large-scale change programmes in health and healthcare

Short Description

The framework was developed through a collaboration between THIS Institute, the Health Foundation, and Ipsos using a multi-stage process. A review of research literature and national guidance; Interviews and an online stakeholder consultation. The final step was testing, using an in-person exercise with five policy teams.
