Survey of national EEHRxF uptake - second wave

You are invited to take xShare’s EEHRxF Uptake survey. Your answers will help assess the uptake of standards and EHDS structures related to the format.

Target groups are EHR practitioners from Member States, health authorities, healthcare providers, industries and SDOs.

The survey will take 15 minutes to fill in.

The deadline is 31 May 2026.

The xShare project aims to empower individuals to share their health data effortlessly through the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF) with a simple click of the Yellow Button. By enabling data portability rights under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the European EEHRxF will facilitate safe and trusted sharing of health data, thereby fostering research and innovation in the European Health Data Space (EHDS). The EHRxF is concerned with five domains explicitly referred to in the proposed EHDS regulation: e-Prescription, Patient Summary, Laboratory Report, Imaging Report, and Hospital Discharge Report.

Participants selected under this call will act as early adopters of the ASSESS DHT framework, contributing to its refinement through structured usability testing and expert feedback. They will be introduced to different elements of the framework, asked to review/test them, and provide feedback to the ASSESS DHT consortium.

The Joint Action (JA) on implementation of digitally enabled integrated person-centred care (JADECARE) is part of a series of initiatives the EU has launched to face the challenges of the transformation of health and care in the EU. For this purpose, 16 EU countries participate in JADECARE. In order to achieve these goals, four “Early Adopters” of original Good Practices support “Next Adopters”, i.e. participating regions of Member States to transfer the successful practices and generated knowledge into the healthcare systems of the participating partners.
