General Information
The Knowledge Hub is a central platform designed to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the THCS Partnership. It enables stakeholders to access, contribute to, and engage with resources and activities that drive the transformation of health and care systems across Europe.
You will find a wide range of resources including research outputs, policy briefs, good practices, project updates, training and capacity-building materials and collaborative tools—all focused on sustainable, people-centred health and care transformation.
Access & Permissions
Anyone can access the Hub and view most of its content, however, in order to access and share the resources and capacity-building activities the registration will be required.
You must first register and create a user profile form using the ‘get started’ button on the homepage. Once you have registered you can log in using your registered email and password via the secure login button at the top of the page.
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your credentials. If you encounter issues, contact the support team.
The platform complies with GDPR and EU data protection standards. All data is encrypted and securely stored, with access controls in place to protect user information.
Customisation & Personalisation
Notification settings can be adjusted in your user profile under “Notifications.” You can choose how and when to receive updates.
Yes, by using the like function (heart logo) the liked activities and resources will be saved to your ‘favourite content’ page for easy access later.
Content Management
Use the ‘share’ function in each of the sections and complete the form/upload files.
Submitted content will be reviewed before being added to the Hub, you will receive email notifications throughout the process.
Use the ‘your content’ function in your Profile to view and edit content you have added.
You can use the ‘contact us’ form to report outdated or incorrect information.
You can use the ‘contact us’ form to report an error or suggest improvements.
