The THCS Transfer and Implementation Framework consists of three sections. The handbook provides guidance on how to transfer and implement a health and care solution developed elsewhere into a new environment. The solution description template enables the documentation and sharing of original solutions, as well as the reporting and sharing of results from adapting a solution developed elsewhere. The tools offer methods and tools to support the transfer and implementation process.
