Enter the name of your adapted solution. It can either be the same as the original solution or a new one. In both cases, include the site of implementation in the name. For example: AI-based Screening and Diagnosis System in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Turku, Finland.

Adaptations in relation to the original solution

Describe any adaptations you have made to the original solution and explain the reasons for these changes. Please also elaborate on how you considered the organisational requirements or broader contextual factors—such as those outlined in the original solution’s theory of change—when making these adaptations. The adaptations can concern different things, such as target group, forms of the solution (e.g. how, where, by who or how often the practice is carried out) or outcomes in the new context. While the forms can flexibly be changed and adapted to improve context-fit, the new forms must keep on supporting the functions of the intervention in producing the desired outcome.
