Short Description
As part of series of Forum Discussions on the Nine Pillars of Integrated Care in which we explore international experiences of integrated care, we are delighted to host the eighth in our series of nine Forums to launch the revised Pillars. Integrated care is, by definition, a complex intervention. A Learning system is the mechanism through which such complexity becomes navigable: it creates the structured capacity to notice what is happening, interpret what it means, and adjust accordingly.
