Short Description

Dott Paolo Parente, will be sharing lessons learned from the ongoing implementation of primary health care reforms within the Regional Health and Social Health Integration Directorate of the Lazio Region. Changes underway include epidemiological and demographic status, population health management, building systems to improve the use of data for risk stratification and understanding the new and changing needs of the population.
