Illustrating how co-design and co-creation processes involving multiple stakeholders have supported the redesign of cardiac rehabilitation pathways. Presenting the application of a multidimensional evaluation framework (MAST) to assess the clinical, economic, organisational, environmental and social impact of a digital therapeutic (DTx) for neurocognitive impairments, within a transcultural adaptation process involving healthcare professionals from Italy, France and Portugal.
