THCS-funded projects share experiences to inspire and inform future health and social care system transformation initiatives. Digital Cactus aims to generate evidence on how digital technologies can support the transformation of health and care services while maintaining a strong focus on person-centred care. ICAREWOUNDS aims to transform the management of chronic wounds by developing and validating an integrated care model supported artificial intelligence (AI).
